Building a sustainable and inclusive future for India

Samvedna Foundations is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded on April 16, 2022, dedicated to creating a compassionate and sustainable society. Our work focuses on sparrow conservation, education for underprivileged children, and women’s empowerment—areas where meaningful action can bring lasting change.

We believe every child deserves access to education, every woman deserves the opportunity to grow and become self-reliant, and nature deserves our protection. Through initiatives like Ashiyana for Sparrow, Samvedna Gyanshala, and Sangini, we work closely with communities, volunteers, and supporters to turn awareness into action.

The foundation was established by Mrs. Shweta Gupta, a B.Tech Computer Science graduate and former corporate professional who chose social service over comfort. Inspired by the declining sparrow population and the challenges faced by underprivileged children and women, she began this journey with a strong belief in collective effort and sustainable impact.

By encouraging communities to install handmade nests and raising awareness about declining sparrow populations, Ashiyana promotes collective action to restore harmony between nature and urban habitats, ensuring a safer future for these gentle birds. 🌿🐦

Samvedna Gyanshala empowers underprivileged children through holistic development, focusing on quality education, healthcare support, and essential life skills. By providing a safe and nurturing environment, the program fosters confidence, creativity, and self-reliance, helping children break the cycle of poverty and realize their true potential. 📘✨

Sangini

Sangini empowers underprivileged women to become self-reliant through skill development and entrepreneurship. By providing training, mentorship, and market support, the program helps women transform their skills into sustainable livelihoods, fostering confidence, financial independence, and long-term stability. 🌸💪

E-Shiksha Project

E-Shiksha

E-Shiksha is a digital empowerment initiative providing free computer education to underprivileged children and youth. By building essential digital skills through structured training and hands-on learning, the program boosts confidence, literacy, and future opportunities, helping young minds become capable, informed, and technology-ready. 💻✨

Pad Bank Project

Samvedna Pad Bank

Samvedna Pad Bank provides free and affordable sanitary pads to women and girls from underprivileged communities while promoting menstrual hygiene awareness. By ensuring access to safe products and educating on health and self-care, the initiative improves well-being, confidence, and school attendance, empowering women and girls to lead healthier lives. 🌸🩺

Through the Samvedna Sangini Project, Samvedna Foundations is empowering women facing financial hardships and challenging circumstances, helping them reclaim hope and independence.

Though Pooja Pal had a very difficult life, she was determined to build a future for herself. Under the Sangini initiative, she received training in embroidery and handmade product development, transforming her skills into a sustainable livelihood and gaining confidence, self-reliance, and dignity.
